Healthy Confinement Meal

SHL Confinement Cares is adopting a gradual stages of approach to provide nutritious meals as according to the changing requirement brought about by the biological changes taking place in a body of the new mom. SHL Confinement Cares shall provide daily, a different double boil soup and menu, using superior quality and traditional herbs and kampung chicken, together with rice wine, DOM, black sesame oil, old ginger and etc, without MSG and salt, less oil. It is definitely value for money. SHL is using an independent-centralized kitchen, absolute hygiene and cleanliness during the cooking process is assured.

SHL confinement meals is in charged by experienced chefs, ensuring a balanced diet covering five major aspects. The menu shall provide the following benefits, such as, contraction of womb, toxic excretion, promoting the secretion of breast feeding milk, supplement to physical strength recovery, blood cells formation, bone enrichment, prevent back ache and etc. It is believed that this is the best choice for the new mom.

Confinement ladies service

Confinement ladies play an important role to new mom during the confinement period. They are responsible for taking care of the new mom and new-born, cooking for the mother, doing laundry, helping in general chores and so on. Besides diligent and healthy, SHL's well-trained, carefully-selected and experienced confinement ladies' working attitudes are guaranteed as well. SHL Confinement Cares will also arrange the ideal confinement ladies for all expectant moms .

Fullmoon package

SHL Confinement Cares also provides different kinds of fullmoon packages - western and traditional style or a combination of both. The packages are inclusive of red hard-boiled egg, Angkoo Kuih, roast chicken, Kapitan chicken and Nasi Kunyit, which are familiar to everyone. We also provide mouth-watering French pastries and fruit tarts to customers. Postnatal DIY Herbal Soup

If you are one of the new moms who do not wish to spend your confinement period with a stranger ?the confinement lady, here is another choice for you! SHL Confinement Cares is proud to introduce the Postnatal DIY Herbal Bag, which uses superior quality and traditional herbs as its main ingredients, it too, adopts the concept of eating healthily through a gradual stage of approach. The package consists of 20 packets of traditional herbs, conveniently-packed in hygienic and disposable plastic container. Not only, it is affordable and economical, it is also convenient for the new moms to prepare their confinement meals by themselves. All they need to do is to put the herbs in a cooker, add in their preferred ingredients, i.e. chicken, fish, ginger sliced or chopped for your own preference, cook it for approximately one hour and DING , it is done!

妈妈们如果因为个人理由而不想聘请陪月妇则可考虑食康乐所推出的药膳包调理系列。此调理系列同样是采用阶段性饮食观念，加上天然及上等的中药材所制作而成。药膳包包括20天的炖汤药材料，妈妈们除了可以享用到各式各样滋补的汤类以外，最重要的还是可以自己轻轻松松的坐月，无需到处求人。食康乐的药膳包调理系列的做法非常简单，妈妈只需要把药膳包置入电锅内，再加入所需要的食材，如鸡类，鱼类，姜丝，木耳就可以享用到美味滋补的炖汤了
